The Senior Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across the organization, providing data-driven insights, supporting the development of risk mitigation strategies and driving the execution of the Group’s Risk Management Plan. This role requires a deep understanding of financial, operational, and compliance risk, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="square"> <li>Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organization.</li> <li>Analyze and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and produce regular risk reports for senior leadership.</li> <li>Support the development, implementation and maintenance of the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework.</li> <li>Perform scenario analysis, stress testing, and sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential impacts of emerging risks.</li> <li>Collaborate with business units to ensure risks are identified, documented, and mitigated appropriately.</li> <li>Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on risk exposure and compliance requirements.</li> <li>Develop, maintain, and enhance risk models, methodologies, and tools to improve risk measurement.</li> </ul> <ul type="square"> <li>Provide subject matter expertise in risk management practices, policies, and procedures.</li> <li>Lead or participate in audits, risk workshops, and training sessions.</li> <li>Support knowledge-sharing within the team and across Risk Leadership</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).</li> <li>Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, PRM, RIMS-CRMP, CRMA, CISM, CISSP, AI/ML are highly desirable.</li> <li>5+ years of experience in risk analysis, financial services, banking, insurance, or manufacturing.</li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Sustainability/ESG</strong> would be considered a strong asset.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of risk management principles, regulatory frameworks, and financial instruments.</li> <li>Advanced analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in risk modeling tools, data analysis software, and MS Excel, GRC tools.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.</li> </ul>
