Supports supplier quality activities, inspection documentation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Duties and Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Perform incoming inspection of motors, harnesses, PCBAs, machined parts, and raw materials.</li> <li>Conduct dimensional, layout, insulation, and CMM inspections as per drawings and control plans.</li> <li>Operate measuring instruments and metallurgical testing equipment.</li> <li>Prepare inspection reports, check sheets, ballooned drawings, and control plans.</li> <li>Review PPAP/NPD documents and support supplier quality approvals.</li> <li>Handle NCRs, 8D reports, rejection analysis, and supplier quality issues.</li> <li>Support supplier audits, SPC, MSA, process validation, and quality improvement activities.</li> <li>Prepare monthly PPM, rejection, and supplier performance reports.</li> <li>Assist in IATF 16949, ISO, customer audits, and ECN verification.</li> <li>Coordinate with suppliers, production, and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Education and Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p>Diploma / BE Elect./ Mech.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Skills</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, and FMEA.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with CMM, layout inspection, Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Profile Projector.</li> <li>Problem-solving skills using 5 Why and Ishikawa.</li> <li>Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and quality portals.</li> <li>Good communication, analytical, and team coordination skills.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
