Support CRM and omni-channel marketing campaigns through accurate audience creation, customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization activities.
Translate campaign requirements into audience selection logic and segmentation criteria to ensure the right communication reaches the right customer.
Manage campaign data preparation, audience validation, suppression management, and data quality checks prior to deployment.
Collaborate with campaign, marketing, analytics, development, and QA teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Ensure customer data, segmentation logic, and personalization elements are implemented accurately and in accordance with business requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality, segmentation effectiveness, and campaign performance.
Maintain compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and campaign execution standards. What are we looking for? Education & Experience: Bachelor s Degree. 4–6 years of experience in CRM Operations, Data Segmentation, Audience Management, Campaign Operations, or Marketing Technology. Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms to support customer targeting and campaign execution. Strong understanding of customer data management, segmentation strategies, and personalization techniques. Experience supporting large-scale CRM campaigns in a fast-paced marketing operations environment. Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across Marketing, Campaign Operations, Development, QA, Analytics, and Project Management teams. Demonstrated commitment to quality, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Willing to work primarily across Australia/APAC shift timings and flexible to work across different shifts If required Must Have Skills: Data Building & Segmentation. HTML, JavaScript , CSS, AMP Scripting. Exposure to any one of the platforms : Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Braze, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Strong understanding of CRM Operations and Marketing Automation processes. Experience creating customer audiences, suppression lists, test groups, and segmentation frameworks. Proficiency in audience selection, segmentation logic, customer targeting, and personalization validation. Experience working with customer data, campaign data structures, and marketing databases. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into audience and segmentation logic. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good to Have Skills: CRM Tool Certifications. MAP / Lighthouse, MAPP, HighTouch. Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). Understanding of customer journey orchestration and lifecycle marketing. Knowledge of campaign analytics and performance reporting. Familiarity with data integration concepts and marketing technology ecosystems. Experience using ticketing and workflow management tools such as JIRA or Workfront. Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Build and manage customer audiences for CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and other marketing channels. Create and maintain audience segmentation logic based on customer behavior, demographics, transactional data, engagement history, and business rules. Validate audience counts, suppression logic, exclusions, control groups, and targeting criteria prior to campaign deployment. Review campaign requirements and ensure accurate implementation of customer segmentation and personalization logic. Support campaign execution teams by providing audience selections and customer data required for deployment. Perform data quality checks to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, missing data, and segmentation issues. Investigate and resolve audience, targeting, segmentation, and customer data issues. Support UAT, pre-deployment validation, and post-deployment reviews related to audience and segmentation activities. Partner with campaign developers, marketing teams, analytics teams, and project managers to ensure campaign readiness. Maintain detailed documentation of segmentation logic, audience criteria, data mappings, and campaign build requirements. Identify opportunities to improve targeting effectiveness, audience accuracy, and campaign performance. Support campaign reporting and analysis activities by providing audience and segmentation insights.
Work Orchestration & Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate updates in ticketing and workflow management systems. Record segmentation requests, audience builds, status updates, approvals, and completion details accurately. Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Desktop Procedures (DTPs), governance frameworks, and quality checklists. Ensure all data-related activities are completed within agreed timelines and service levels. Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation for all audience creation and segmentation activities. Support operational reporting by providing accurate campaign audience and segmentation metrics. Drive adherence to data governance, privacy standards, and compliance requirements. Contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance segmentation quality, operational efficiency, and campaign effectiveness.
