About the Role Accenture is seeking a Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of business solutions that address complex organizational needs and drive measurable business value. Key Responsibilities • Analyze, document, and validate business requirements to support solution delivery. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and refine business and functional requirements. • Develop detailed functional specifications and application design documentation aligned with business objectives. • Ensure proposed solutions accurately represent current processes while supporting future business needs. • Support the evaluation and optimization of business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful solution implementation and adoption. • Participate in workshops, discussions, and requirement review sessions to drive alignment among stakeholders. • Monitor solution outcomes and recommend enhancements that deliver additional business value.
Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Analysis or a related discipline. • Master proficiency in Requirements Analysis. • Expert proficiency in Business Model Strategy. • Experience creating functional specifications, process documentation, and business requirements. • Ability to identify business challenges and recommend practical, effective solutions. • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and within teams.
Preferred Qualifications • Advanced problem-solving skills. • Advanced critical thinking capabilities. • Intermediate communication and presentation skills. • Intermediate analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. • Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions. • Exposure to business process improvement, transformation, or technology implementation initiatives.
