Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves providing expert guidance and leadership on critical initiatives throughout the systems development lifecycle. This role requires active involvement in high-impact projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The practitioner dedicates time to advising the information technology function, helping shape strategies and approaches that enhance overall system performance and business value. Engaging in thoughtful analysis and decision-making, the role supports the seamless integration of technology solutions within complex environments, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks associated with technology implementations. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting. - Strong expertise in financial consolidation and reporting processes within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in integrating SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting with other SAP modules and third-party applications. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Familiarity with system development lifecycle methodologies and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
