The Learning Admin – Senior Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative and operational aspects of learning and development initiatives. This role ensures effective coordination of training logistics, optimal utilization of learning resources, and smooth functioning of Learning Management Systems (LMS). The role also provides day-to-day leadership to learning administration teams and acts as an escalation point for operational issues while ensuring adherence to defined processes and service level agreements. What are we looking for? "• Relevant years of experience in learning administration, learning operations, or scheduling roles • Prior experience in supervising or mentoring team members • Exposure to global learning operations or shared services environment preferred • Exposure to LMS platforms SuccessFactors & ClearXP is mandatory. Exposure of working with Australian client in airline sector." •• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent) "• Strong project planning and organizational skills • People management and team leadership capability • Analytical mindset with ability to generate management reports • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and learning administration systems • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Multicultural awareness and collaboration skills suitable for Australia region operations" Roles and Responsibilities: •"• Lead and manage end-to-end learning administration activities • Supervise and coach learning administrators and coordinators • Plan and prioritize scheduling tasks, resources, and workloads • Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related platforms • Track, analyze, and report learning metrics and operational performance • Collaborate with Delivery Services, Capability, BI, and stakeholders to deliver cost-effective learning schedules • Act as the first point of escalation for operational and client issues • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regional regulatory requirements • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies" •"Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time"
