Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires driving the adoption of innovative and intelligent testing strategies that leverage automation to predict and address potential issues proactively. Collaboration with various teams to ensure continuous improvement and transformation of testing into a streamlined, end-to-end function is a key aspect of daily responsibilities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Process Controller expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Testers ensure the quality of RPA, Fusion, Messaging, and IVR solutions by preparing and executing test documentation, including plans, cases, and reports. - Need to handle system testing, UAT support, defect logging, and environment setup, while working closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues. - should ensure comprehensive coverage and prevent defects from reaching production. - Ability to organise work, manage priorities and keep stakeholders updated. - Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business users. - Proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment. -Conduct system and UAT testing -Prepare documentation and reports - Identify defects & Support production releases - Strong testing discipline - Attention to detail - Stakeholder collaboration Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - Experience supporting web-based applications and infrastructure. - Experience with Windows Server administration and support. - Windows scripting experience, including command line, batch files or PowerShell. - Experience with Apache, MySQL or similar web/database technologies. - Experience supporting application configuration, deployments, testing and production support. -UiPath, RPA platform or automation support experience would be a strong advantage. - Understanding of UiPath Cloud, hybrid RPA environments and unattended robot execution would be an advantage. -AWS knowledge would be an advantage, especially EC2, API Gateway, Lambda, VPC, IAM, networking and monitoring. - Experience with logs, alerts, incident investigation and operational support. - Server security, SSL, certificate management or vulnerability remediation experience would be an advantage. - SQL knowledge would be an advantage.
Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - Experience on UiPath is mandatory. Senior developer / lead - A 15 years full time education is required.
