Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure program objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints. - Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive project alignment and resolve conflicts effectively. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong capability in stakeholder communication and expectation management. - Experience in risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution. - Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules. - Skilled in resource allocation and budget management to optimize project delivery. - Competence in using project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report status. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
