About this role
Job Requirements Strategic and operational leader responsible for the oversight and advancement of outpatient infusion services, ambulatory clinical pharmacy programs, and complex medication management across the physician practices. Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality medication use aligned with organizational goals in value-based care, access, and patient outcomes. Supervises outpatient clinical pharmacists and collaborate closely with physician leaders, nursing, finance, and population health to optimize care delivery, expand service lines, and enhance medication-related outcomes.
Work Experience Required
• Doctorate of Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy • Possesses current Maryland Pharmacy Licensure or eligible for Pharmacy licensure in the State of Maryland • Residency training in Community Practice and/or Ambulatory Care • Minimum five years of relevant work experience
Preferred
• Three years of health-system leadership and management experience • Experience in outpatient/ambulatory pharmacy and/or infusion services • Experience with specialty pharmacy, biologics, or high-cost medication management • Board certification (e.g., BCACP, BCPS, BCOP) • Experience in value-based care models or population health initiatives • Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical decision support tools
