Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Prepare schematic designs, detailed architectural working drawings, and shop drawings.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with design consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.</li> <li>Assist the tender team in developing schemes and evaluating contractor estimates and quotations.</li> <li>Oversee the design and implementation of fit-out works, ensuring project execution aligns with design intent and quality standards.</li> <li>Review and evaluate contractors' progress billing statements.</li> <li>Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site conditions and changes.</li> <li>Conduct quality assurance and quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.</li> <li>Identify and resolve any issues related to design and construction quality.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in architecture.</li> <li>Licensed Architect with at least two years of experience.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost estimation, site supervision, and project documentation.</li> <li>Experience in QA/QC processes and procedures.</li> <li>Must be willing to be assigned to project sites as needed, with the current site located in Manila.</li> <li>Ability to start immediately is highly preferred.</li> </ul> Join an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in. #ShapingaWorldofTrust #leaveyourmark
