Driven by a Cloud-first, Mobile-first and AI-first strategy, JKIT empowers businesses with innovation, agility, growth, and state-of-the-art security.</p> <p> </p> <p>We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of <strong>Consultant - Salesforce</strong></p> <p>The selected candidate will report to the <strong>Practice Manager</strong> <strong>– Core Solutions and Services. </strong></p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">.</H2> </div><div><p>The<strong> Consultant – Salesforce </strong>will be responsible for:</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>Performing day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform including user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, and ensuring system availability, usability, and data integrity.</li> <li>Handling user requests, incidents, and service tickets within agreed service levels while troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions or escalations when required.</li> <li>Configuring and maintaining Salesforce components including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and Lightning components.</li> <li>Supporting system enhancements, release activities, testing, deployment validation, and post-release support while identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency.</li> <li>Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and MIS for business teams while ensuring high standards of data quality through data cleansing, deduplication, imports, exports, and mass updates.</li> <li>Working closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide functional guidance, and support user adoption through training and documentation.</li> <li>Conducting research and development on Salesforce features and platform capabilities while creating demo environments and solution demonstrations to support internal stakeholders and pre-sales discussions.</li> <li>Maintaining system documentation, configuration logs, SOPs, and ensuring governance, audit compliance, and adherence to platform security and best practices.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">.</H2> </div><div><p><strong>The ideal candidate should possess:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce Administration or a similar CRM support role.</li> <li>Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, user administration, reporting, dashboards, and data management.</li> <li>Good working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and platform administration practices.</li> <li>Experience in handling support requests, service tickets, and user issues in a structured service environment.</li> <li>Familiarity with automation tools such as Salesforce Flow, approval processes, and validation rules.</li> <li>Experience using data management tools such as Data Loader or equivalent utilities.</li> <li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.</li> <li>Salesforce Administrator Certification and exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, or pre-sales demonstrations will be considered an added advantage<strong>.</strong></li> </ul></div></div></div><p>If you’re up for the challenge, please send your resume to <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a> or Click on the advert to apply.
