Core responsibilities - Manage and expand a portfolio of mortgage intermediary partners (account planning, retention, growth). - Identify commercial opportunities, negotiate agreements, and deliver revenue and volume targets. - Act as primary contact for intermediaries; resolve escalations and coordinate internal stakeholders. - Drive adoption of mortgage products, processes, and digital tooling through training and on-site/remote support. - Monitor performance (pipeline, conversion, service levels) and report insights, forecasts, and actions. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies across sales and advisory processes. Required skills and experience - Mortgage domain knowledge and understanding of intermediary distribution models. - Account management experience with measurable commercial results (B2B/financial services preferred). - Stakeholder management across sales, underwriting, operations, risk, and compliance. - Data-driven planning : ability to analyze KPIs and translate insights into actions. - Communication and negotiation skills; confident presenting and training partners. - Organizational skills and autonomy; structured approach to prioritization and follow-up.
