Core Responsibilities - Handle client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels; provide timely updates and resolutions. - Process client requests, service orders, and documentation with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. - Maintain and update client records in CRM and internal systems; ensure data integrity. - Investigate complaints, identify root causes, and implement solutions or escalate appropriately. - Coordinate with operations, sales, and other stakeholders to meet service targets and deadlines. - Monitor service performance, track cases, and prepare basic reports on trends and outcomes. - Support onboarding of new clients and communicate service processes, policies, and timelines.
