LPN - PT/FT/Weekend Contract

Units: Rehab, Memory Care, Ventilator, Neurobehavioral, Long Term Care Status: Full Time | Part Time | Weekend Contract (Full Time) Shift: Days | Evenings | Nights Compensation: $26/hr.-$40/hr.
Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care to residents • Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications • Educate and update patients on medical treatments • Supervise and direct daily tasks of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's)
Job Requirements: • Graduate of an accredited LPN program • Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing • Current CPR/BLS certification • One year of nursing experience preferred; one year of nursing experience required for Weekend Contract
