As a Commercial Back Office Assistant, you ensure that enquiries are handled promptly, quotations are prepared professionally, and customers feel valued. You are the vital link between the client, the estimating department and project execution. You are the first point of contact for customers, support your colleagues and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. As the commercial face of our organisation, you maintain customer relationships, support quotation and sales processes, and make sure enquiries are dealt with quickly and professionally. Thanks to your commercial awareness, attention to detail and customer-focused approach, opportunities are successfully converted into projects. Your responsibilities - Handling telephone enquiries from customers, suppliers and business partners, both proactively and reactively. - Processing and following up customer enquiries. - Preparing, checking and finalising quotations for submission. - Providing administrative support. - Processing and maintaining data across various systems. - Preparing correspondence and other documentation. - Ensuring accurate and timely administrative processing. - Supporting colleagues with a wide range of back office activities. - Identifying improvements and actively contributing to more efficient working processes. - Providing facility support where required, including assistance with meetings.
