Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application solutions meet the intended requirements and quality standards. The engineer continuously monitors progress, addresses challenges, and adapts plans to deliver effective software solutions within the project scope. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development. - Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards throughout the development lifecycle. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks related to .Net technologies. - Strong understanding of software development principles and application architecture. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with database design and integration within .Net applications. - Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
