About this role
The incumbent will be responsible to manage transitions for one or multiple business verticals within EXL (through Program Leads that are leading specific client transitions engagements) and ensure that the transitions are seamless and successful. In addition to enabling seamless transition, the incumbent will also be responsible for building capability of the transition function, bring thought leadership to the table that improves transition set up and implementation and drive digital initiatives in the function. The incumbent will also lead new business pursuits (RFPs/RFIs) to develop customized solutions.
