About this role
- Manages the simultaneous development and delivery of multiple Construction Projects varying from large multi-million dollar to minor fit-ups for the RCMP in Canada including the Territories.- Works with a project team to develop, evaluate, review and manage project approval documentation, statement of works, designs, specifications, construction administration, cost estimates, schedules, budget, resourcing strategies, risk management analyses, procurement, security, project scope, contingency plans, ensure compliance with RCMP standards.- Engagement/communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders for delivery of Real Property projects.- Responsible for all financial aspects of projects, scheduling and report of both.- Carries out site inspections with subject matter experts throughout the life of the project, to ensure compliancy with environmental acts, industry codes/standards, safety regulation, and compliance with contract specifications.- Conducts qu
