style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black">Facilitating theory and practical training for mechanical fitter, fitter & turner, and millwright apprentices</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black">Developing and updating training materials and assessments in line with industry and instructional design standards</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black">Monitoring apprentice progress, conducting assessments, moderations, and providing individual coaching and support</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black">Preparing and administering SETA documentation, trade test registrations, and reporting requirements</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black">Designing and maintaining practical training rigs, workshop tools, and ensuring adherence to safety standards</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black">Collaborating with the Mill Engineering Team to identify and implement practical, cost-effective training and improvement projects</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black">Ensuring compliance with learning governance by maintaining accurate records and training sessions on the Learning Management System
