update information of suppliers, materials and services that meet business requirements.</p> <p></p> <p>Upgrade Procurement talent in respective team by the attraction, development and retention of great resources.</p> <p></p> <p>Provide regular feedback through coaching and mentoring the team to build professional expertise and motivated team responsible for interfacing with internal stakeholders and external third parties.</p> <p></p> <p>Adhere in the department long-term cost reduction and value improvement plans for specific spend areas.</p> </ul></div></div><div secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers while maintaining quality standards.</p> <p>Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives and deadlines.</p> <p>ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.</p></div></div><div
