As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will own the technical relationship with customers while partnering closely with your Client Executive to drive business outcomes, winning together across both existing accounts and net-new opportunities. You will design, architect, and configure solutions across complex enterprise environments, manage multiple deals at various stages (from new logos to long-term strategic accounts), and bring the art of what’s possible to every engagement. This role blends deep technical expertise, strong channel collaboration, and a high-energy, team-first culture where we work hard, win together, and actually enjoy doing it.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Requirements</H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proven (4 year +) success supporting enterprise or large customers in complex sales cycles (preferred financial services sectors experience) </span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Engage customers in forward-looking conversations around AI readiness, data strategy, hybrid cloud, and disaster recovery</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong knowledge of Data Storage, Data Protection/Continuity (including Cyber), Virtualization, Containers and ideally Cloud architectures.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong discovery, communication, and presentation skills, able to translate technical capabilities into clear business value</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate with client executives, channel partners and specialists to deliver seamless outcomes and drive demand generation, enablement, and joint selling motions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrate ownership of issues / solutions / architectures in customer or partner environments and work with extended team to help resolve for delivering the highest customer experience.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong expertise in Technical Pre-Sales, with the ability to do hands-on POCs and conduct technical workshops</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to assist in creating ROI/TCO overview and competitive advantages of solution offerings</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent written and verbal Dutch/English communication skills, including making technology oriented commercial presentations and answering RFPs with partners or sales.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain deep knowledge of NetApp’s portfolio and competitive landscape to guide customer strategy.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Partner closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Travel to the prospective customer's sites & locations as necessary.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of NetApp’s competitive and alliance landscape would be an added advantage</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Education</H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 5 years and a Master’s degree;</span></p></div></div></div>
