About this role
Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and applicable insights.· Conduct advanced analytics on transactional data, including trend and correlation analysis.· Translate requirements into structured data models and schemas.· Collaborate with team members to gather and understand data and reporting requirements.· Deliver,complex data analyses that support strategic decision-making and improve measurements.· Identify and recommend additional data points to track, helping establish meaningful customer experience metrics aligned with priorities.· Support analytics by ensuring clean, well-structured datasets.· Identify gaps in data collection and recommend enhancements to improve data quality and insights.· Maintain documentation of data models, definitions, and standards.
Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of professional experience in reporting and data analytics.Interpret large datasets.Demonstrated experience with SQL, relational, and non-relational databases, in processing large amounts of structured and unstructured data.Query data using Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)Computer Applications for data visualization: Tableau, Omniture, Omniture Report Builder, TeamSite, SalesForce.com, and Power Bi.MS Office with emphasis on Excel (can perform complex functions) reporting, VBA and Power Query.
