Experian Consumer Services - Analytics are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Analyst to join our analytics team on a 12-month maternity cover. This is a role at the heart of decision-making, supporting both Product and Marketing teams with applicable, insight-led analytics.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into compelling stories that influence business outcomes. You'll help shape how we understand our customers, using segmentation and predictive modelling to guide smarter decisions and measurable growth.
You'll work independently, managing projects and partner relationships, while being part of a collaborative analytics team that values curiosity and rigour. We're passionate about raising the bar for analytical excellence — improving how we work, challenging assumptions, and sharing knowledge to strengthen both personal and team capability.
This is a Hybrid, Nottingham or London-based role (40% working in the office) reporting to the Analytics Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead analytics projects that support strategic Product and Marketing plansDevelop customer insights that inform targeting, positioning, and growth strategiesBuild and deploy segmentation models and predictive models to better understand customer behaviourTranslate complex analysis into clear, engaging narratives that inspire actionManage partners across Product and Marketing, aligning analytical outputs to business prioritiesIdentify opportunities where data can unlock commercial valueContribute to a culture of knowledge sharing, mentoring and promoting best practice in analytics SQL & Python experience focused on querying large datasetsBackground in translating data into commercially focused insightsStrong stakeholder management skills – comfortable influencing at multiple levelsExperience in a technical, analytics focused role.Experience delivering value through personalisation such as predictive analysis and segmentationData build tool (DBT) desirableExperience building dashboards in visualisation tools such as Tableau desirable Benefits package includes:
