Why this role is important to us

Our Customer Engagement team plays an important role in helping customers understand and improve their financial wellbeing. As a CRM Executive, you'll help bring this to life by delivering personalised communications that show customers how Experian is on their side.

Work that matters – What you'll be doing

Create customer‑centric CRM campaigns using insight, data and analysisDevelop messaging and creative across multiple customer journeys and channelsManage campaigns end‑to‑end, from planning and execution through to reporting and optimisationManage day‑to‑day CRM activity focused on engaging and retaining existing customersCollaborate with agencies and our teams to ensure campaigns meet brand, content and compliance standards

What you'll need to bring to the role

Experience in CRM and campaign management, including building creative, messaging and segmentationHands‑on experience using CRM platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, ExactTarget or Marketing SuiteExperience working across direct channels including Email, SMS, Push Notifications and Direct MailMore about you

Customer‑focused and with experience creating relevant, engaging experiencesWork with complex data and turning insight into actionOrganised and comfortable managing multiple priorities at paceA collaborator who enjoys working across cross‑functional teamsAn excellent communicator, amending style for different audiences Benefits package includes:
