Work with client employees through web conference technology to ensure their Form I-9 is accurateVerify employment eligibility documents for legitimacyEnter document information into Form I-9 Section 2Upload documents into the Experian I-9 systemsBe an expert in Form I-9/E-VerifyCommunicate with clients and their employees when additional information is needed to facilitate accurate Form I-9 and E-Verify completionDemonstrate expertise in Form I-9 documentation policiesConduct video calls with client employees to verify I-9 documentation and complete Form I-9.Provide guidance to clients on the I-9 process and ensure compliance with regulations.Review completed Form I-9 for accuracy and completeness.Collaborate with client employees to resolve I-9 and E-Verify discrepancies.Help answer client inquiries and provide accurate information.You will work some weekends and evenings. You have a High school degree; or two years of customer service-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceYou have prior experience working in HR or I-9 related experience, or experience working with dated materials and strict time limit-driven workYou are bilingual English/SpanishYou have high-speed internet service (minimum 25 mbps download/ 5 mbps upload).
