*Duties*
* Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to client preferences * Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering expert advice * Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools * Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and salon revenue * Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments * Foster a friendly and professional atmosphere to ensure repeat business and positive client relationships * Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair industry
*Skills*
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients * Proficiency in hair styling techniques and current trends * Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff * Effective upselling skills to recommend products or additional services naturally during appointments * Excellent communication skills for clear consultation and team collaboration * Experience in retail sales within a salon or similar environment is preferred * Front desk experience is advantageous for managing appointments and client interactions
