Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly. Identify and implement ways to better meet customer needs and provide superior customer service.</li> <li>Handle all admin tasks related to the project and follow-up supply chain flow (order entry, stock management, transport and delivery, eventual returns, financial cost booking, etc.)</li> <li>Collaborate with our internal and external suppliers.</li> <li>Identify potential obstacles in the fulfillment process and work with any stakeholders to take corrective action.</li> <li>Ensure quality, safety and compliance standards are met.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Profile to Shape the Future of Healthcare</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>At least 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain leading customer projects or similar.</li> <li>University degree or equivalent, preferably in supply chain management logistics, business administration, engineering or a related field.</li> <li>Preferred experience in medical industry or IVD</li> <li>Advanced skills with Microsoft Office.</li> <li>Strong ERP (SAP) knowledge is a must</li> <li>CRM experience preferred.</li> <li>Languages: Greek native, English fluent</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and highly organized skills.</li> <li>Teamwork and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Demonstrated skills in conflict management and facilitation.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
