You should be comfortable translating ideas into compelling visual content while working closely with multiple stakeholders. Alongside strong design fundamentals, you should be naturally curious about emerging creative technologies, including AI-assisted features, and enjoy experimenting with new ways of working.<br>The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of assigned projects, understands brand consistency, and enjoys balancing creativity with business needs.The candidate should be comfortable exploring modern creative workflows, including AI-assisted features available in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Familiarity with other creative platforms is welcome, but more important than proficiency in any specific AI tool is a willingness to learn, experiment, and continuously discover better ways of creating engaging visual content. You will work closely with our internal branding, communications, hiring, and business teams to strategize, design, and execute content across platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and internal mailers.</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Develop and execute content strategies for corporate branding and internal communication.</li> <li>Create engaging content across written, static, digital, motion graphics, and short-form video formats aligned with brand guidelines.</li> <li>Leverage modern creative tools, including AI-assisted features where appropriate, to improve design quality, accelerate content creation, and enhance creative workflows.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand communication objectives and translate them into compelling visual stories.</li> <li>Ensure consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all communication channels.</li> <li>Track content performance and recommend improvements for better engagement.</li> <li>Collaborate with the People & Communication team to conceptualize and deliver engaging designs for internal and external campaigns.</li> <li>Assist in creating visually appealing content for LinkedIn and internal branding initiatives.l</li> <li>Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines while experimenting with fresh ideas.</li> <li>Contribute fresh ideas while independently managing multiple creative assignments.</li> </ul> <p>Your Profile <strong>You contribute</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Completed a Bachelor’s degree in any field. Candidates with educational background in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing may be preferred However, knowledge and interest in AI is a must.</li> <li>Around 2+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, branding, storytelling & digital communication.</li> <li>Exposure to corporate branding and internal communication strategies.</li> <li>Exposure to modern creative workflows, including Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-assisted design capabilities that are increasingly shaping the future of corporate branding and communication.</li> <li>Opportunity to work on live projects that impact the organization’s brand presence.</li> <li>Build a strong foundation for a career in corporate communication and design.</li> </ul> <p>Mandatory Skills</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Strong Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.</li> <li>Ability to create compelling visual content across static, digital, and short-form formats, while exploring AI-assisted capabilities where they add value.</li> <li>Working knowledge of basic video editing and motion graphics.</li> <li>Familiarity with AI-assisted creative capabilities (Adobe Firefly, Adobe Express, or similar).
