Following the acquisition of a major contract, we are preparing to expand into the US market. This marks a pivotal moment in our company’s growth — offering exceptional opportunities for individuals eager to contribute from the ground up through to the start of production in 2028.</p><p>Your tasks</p> <ul> <li>Own plant financial transparency, including manufacturing P&L, cost-center performance, operational KPIs and financial risk/opportunity tracking</li> <li>Maintain and validate standard costs, labor rates, overhead rates, routings, BOM assumptions and cost roll-ups</li> <li>Analyze material, labor, overhead, absorption, scrap, yield, productivity and manufacturing variances</li> <li>Lead or support plant-related month-end close activities, accruals, cost allocations, inventory valuation and variance postings</li> <li>Prepare monthly plant financial reports, dashboards, forecasts and variance commentary</li> <li>Coordinate or support physical inventories, cycle counts, slow-moving inventory analysis and inventory accuracy improvement</li> <li>Monitor plant CapEx, tooling, equipment investments and capital approval packages</li> <li>Partner with Operations, Logistics, Quality, Engineering and Purchasing to define corrective actions and improve cost performance</li> <li>Maintain financial data integrity in SAP / ERP and support audit readiness</li> </ul> <p>Your Profile</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of progressive finance, controlling, accounting or cost accounting experience, including manufacturing exposure</li> <li>Strong experience with standard costing, cost accounting, inventory accounting, production variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and month-end close</li> <li>Manufacturing plant controlling experience; automotive supplier experience strongly preferred</li> <li>SAP / ERP knowledge; SAP FI/CO, product costing, production orders or material ledger experience highly valuable</li> <li>Ability to work directly with plant operations and spend time on the shop floor to understand operational drivers</li> </ul><p style="text-align:justify">Brose Sitech offers stable employment and interesting, challenging work, contact with new technologies, individual opportunities for professional development, as well as additional financial and non-financial benefits.</p>
