Electricians are a valuable part of our maintenance team, installing, maintaining, and repairing the electrical system of the facility to provide power for buildings, equipment, lighting, and other electrical controls. What You’ll Get: Pay Range: $35.59 - $46.70/hour, based on education and experience. <ul> <li>Competitive wages based on experience</li> <li>Off-season schedule: Four 10’s Monday – Thursday (weekends off)</li> <li>Production season (June – October): OT availability</li> <li>Stable work environment with a growing company</li> <li>Schedules to maintain work/life balance</li> <li>Excellent market-leading medical insurance, dental and vision insurance.</li> <li>Paid vacation and personal time after 30 days of employment</li> <li>Retirement plan with company match of 50% up to 6% of pay</li> <li>Prescription safety glasses & safety shoe reimbursement</li> <li>Paid onsite and offsite training</li> <li>An Employer that works hard to ensure your safety on the job</li> </ul> What You’ll Do: <ul> <li>Repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits, and equipment using appropriate tools and testing instruments.</li> <li>Repair and maintain motor control centers and programmable logic controls (1000 volt and below).</li> <li>Make emergency repairs when necessary to offset excessive downtime and production delays.</li> <li>Assist plant mechanics with troubleshooting and repairs</li> <li>Supervise and train production staff as needed</li> </ul> What You’ll Bring: <ul> <li>High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred</li> <li>Must be certified by the State to meet all requirements necessary to hold a Master Electrician rating</li> <li>Minnesota signing master electrician</li> <li>Experience with industrial electrical troubleshooting and repair is required.</li> <li>Prior experience troubleshooting PLC programs is a plus, willing to provide on the job training</li> <li>Positive attitude</li> <li>Strong work ethic</li> <li>Safety mindset, utilizing extreme care on troubleshooting and repairs where high voltages are involved</li> </ul> Where You’ll Work: WELCOME TO Brooten Located in Central Minnesota.
