Through strong project leadership and stakeholder collaboration, you will help turn strategic initiatives into successful outcomes. <br>In particular, you will </p> <ul> <li>lead cross-functional People & Culture projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget </li> <li>manage People & Culture workstreams within business-critical projects, including tender processes, business transitions and operational start up activities </li> <li>partner with People & Culture teams, business leaders and functional stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution of people-related initiatives </li> <li>establish and maintain effective project governance, ensuring clear project structures, accountability and alignment throughout the project lifecycle </li> <li>drive transparency on project progress, risks, dependencies and key decisions through structured reporting and regular project updates </li> <li>facilitate workshops and steering committees to ensure alignment and progress </li> <li>develop and continuously improve project management standards, methodologies and reporting structures within People & Culture function </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Preferred Profile</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Several years of experience managing cross functional projects in an international environment</li> <li>Proven ability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholders, priorities and dependencies</li> <li>Experience ideally within People & Culture, PMO or other business-related project environments</li> <li>Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills</li> <li>Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to drive projects to successful completion</li> <li>Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match to this role, we are happy to get in touch. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Closure</b></H2> </div><div><p>Are you interested?
