About this role
<p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong>Responsibility:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and serve as the primary single point of contact for external and internal cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project KPIs.</li> <li>Own end-to-end delivery of all types of projects, including high-complexity and cross-reginal initiatives during each build contributing to product’s on-time delivery.</li> <li>Manage the project schedule, cost and quality during project development process</li> <li>Manage project risk and drive for continuous improvement</li> <li>Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to reach project goals</li> <li>Prepare project related reports and present to target audience per request\</li> <li>Customer / factory visit per project requirement</li> <li>Support the special dedicated tasks</li> <li>Other duties as required for program success</li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong>Requirement:</strong></p> <p><strong>Knowledge:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluid speaking and writing in English</li> <li>Engineering or equivalent education background</li> <li>Minimum 10 years’ related work experience required</li> <li>Familiar with NPI process & PMP certification is preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be an assertive communicator & Team - player </li> <li>Strategic decision-maker with proven ability to prioritize and drive projects forward</li> <li>With Problem Solving skills </li> </ul> <p><strong>Abilities & Behavior: </strong> </p> <ul> <li>Self-motivator & Shows initiative </li> <li>With sense of ownership </li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Emotionally matured & capable of handling pressure </span></li> </ul>
