JOB TITLE: Talent Development Specialist POSITION SUMMARY: The Talent Development Specialist is responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs to support employee development and organizational capability. Based at Laemchabang Chonburi facility, this role ensures that training initiatives are aligned with business needs, compliance requirements, and global HR standards. The Supervisor provides guidance to training staff, partners with business leaders to identify skill gaps, and fosters a culture of continuous learning across the workforce. Job Descriptions: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and delivery of training programs across the site. Ensure training content aligns with corporate standards, local requirements, and business objectives. Monitor training attendance, completion rates, and overall program effectiveness. Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and training needs. Support the design, development, and customization of training programs to meet workforce requirements. Ensure compliance with regulatory, mandatory, and safety training requirements. Track and analyze training metrics and prepare reports on learning effectiveness. Conduct post-training evaluations and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. Provide workforce capability insights and training-related recommendations to HR leadership. Align local learning and development initiatives with global HR programs and strategies. Serve as the key liaison between local and global HR teams to ensure consistency in training approaches and standards. Lead, coach, and develop the training team to achieve departmental objectives. Delegate tasks and monitor workload distribution to ensure efficient resource utilization. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning for team members. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and continuous learning culture that supports employee growth and engagement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design are preferred. Training in adult learning methodologies, e-learning platforms, or facilitation techniques is an advantage. Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources, preferably within a corporate or manufacturing environment. Prior experience leading or supervising a training team. Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, curriculum development, instructional design, and learning delivery methodologies. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. Understanding of compliance, regulatory, and safety training requirements.
