The main purpose of the role is to support Subject Matter Experts and IT Experts in Business Process and System Support team in their daily tasks related to technical support Finance, Procurement and HR systems. Main responsibilities concentrate around finance master data and user access maintenance, general technical support, documentation, and reporting. Your future team The Business Process and System Support team is a group of 14 professionals providing technical expertise in Finance, Procurement and HR systems globally. Every day, we work closely together and collaborate with Line of Business stakeholders, IT experts and vendors to ensure high-quality support and excellent communication at every step of the process.
