Working across a site of more than 500 colleagues, you will shape culture, behaviours and decision-making at every level of the organisation, helping create an environment where people can perform at their best while delivering world-class standards in Safety, Health and Environment. As a key member of the factory leadership team, reporting to the Factory Manager, you will lead a team of three direct reports and a wider SHE function, bringing challenge, coaching and strategic direction to how the business delivers success. Nestlé Tutbury is one of the largest and most advanced manufacturing sites in the Nestlé network. Following circa £500 million investment over recent years, the factory is a global centre of excellence for coffee production, manufacturing iconic brands such as Dolce Gusto, Nescafé and Starbucks. A day in the life of a SHE Manager The successful candidate will lead the next phase of SHE development across the factory, helping leaders at every level build a workplace where people thrive and performance follows. Working alongside the Factory Manager and leadership team, you will provide challenge, support and strategic direction to ensure SHE considerations are embedded in operational, technical and business decisions. You will be equally comfortable engaging with operators on the shopfloor, supporting line managers and challenging senior leaders across the factory.
