Functieomschrijving The Junior Asset Manager supports the Asset Management team in the operational, financial and strategic management of a diversified real estate portfolio. Working closely with senior Asset Managers, the role contributes directly to tenant satisfaction, asset performance and long-term value creation. You will perform the functions of Junior Asset Manager, working directly under the Asset Managers and support them on: - Integrate acquired assets into the portfolio, set up and maintain buildings in Yardi (our Real Estate management ERP software), actively monitor and anticipate critical events, including acquisitions, lease commencements, expirations, renewals; - Maintain up-to-date property data and analyses of property performance and indicators (vacancy rate, rent collection rate, rental trends, lease expirations, etc.); - Provide administrative support such as rent billing, collection of overdue rent, etc. Tenant management - Ensure the follow-up of the tenants, their needs and their demands in order to maintain a long-lasting and high quality relationship; - Accounting - Support with imple...
