About the role As Senior Strategic Business Partner People & Culture, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and safeguarding strategic and tactical People & Culture policy. You ensure that the organisation has qualified, motivated, and employable employees, and in doing so contribute directly to the organisation's objectives. You are a strong sparring partner for the CEO and line management. You report directly to the CEO and lead the (small) HR team and payroll administration. KIT will be in transition in the coming years and therefore, this role is of crucial importance.
