This role is ideal for a student who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in email marketing, campaign management, and data-driven marketing activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team and contribute to ongoing initiatives through operational and administrative support. At a glance: * Starting date: as soon as possible * Working hours: 20-25h/week * Location: 1030 Vienna These tasks are waiting for you * Support the preparation and execution of email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Assist in coordinating campaign requirements, including audience selection and content preparation, in collaboration with internal stakeholders. * Help with the creation and adaptation of HTML email templates, ensuring proper display across different email clients and devices. * Support A/B testing setups and help track performance of subject lines, content, and CTAs. * Assist in monitoring campaign metrics and preparing reports and summaries for the team. * Support the segmentation of email lists based on predefined criteria and customer data. * Help ensure compliance with relevant email marketing regulations and internal guidelines. * Conduct research on email marketing trends and best practices to support the team. Your core competencies * Ongoing studies (Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. * Initial knowledge or strong interest in email marketing and digital marketing tools. * Basic understanding of HTML is an advantage. * Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools is a plus. * Structured and detail-oriented working style. * Analytical thinking and willingness to learn how to work with data. * Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
