Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, essential experience in enteral feeding, oral suctioning, cough assist, tracheostomy, ventilation, oxygen therapy, and medication administration. A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach is also required.
