Key Responsibilities: Providing personal and clinical care, including gastrostomy care and medication administration, including rescue medication Performing oral and deep suctioning as required Supporting chest physiotherapy and use of Cough Assist automatic devices Assisting with non-invasive ventilation (NIV) in line with care plans Delivering high-quality pressure area care and monitoring skin integrity Supporting and responding to epilepsy and seizure management, including emergency protocols Monitoring the childs condition and escalating concerns appropriately Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment Building positive, professional relationships with the child and family Following individualised care plans, clinical guidance, and risk assessments
