Main duties of the job We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Female Brain Injury Support Worker to join our 2:1 complex care team supporting a young, active woman with a brain injury in Crewe. The role involves providing personal care, mobility support, and assisting with tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, seizure monitoring, and oxygen therapy. Encouragement of independence and emotional wellbeing is key, alongside supporting the individual's community access, social activities, and outings. Applicants must be flexible to work both day and night shifts and hold a full UK driving licence, confident in driving an automatic vehicle. Care experience with brain injuries or complex needs is essential, as is a compassionate, confident, and professional approach. Your Role
Providing personal care and mobility support

What We’re Looking For
Experience supporting individuals with brain injury or complex care needs (essential)
Knowledge of PEG feeding, tracheostomy care and seizure management (or willingness to learn)
A compassionate, confident and professional approach

Qualifications Essential
Experience supporting individuals with brain injury or complex care needs is essential. Knowledge of PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, and seizure management or willingness to learn these skills is required. A compassionate, confident, and professional approach is necessary, along with a full UK driving licence and willingness to drive the clients vehicle.
