What You Can Expect:
• System Support: Administer daily operations in Workday, including process handling, system access management, and system updates. • Issue Resolution: Provide frontline support for system issues, resolving problems, investigating unexpected results, and addressing process flaws in collaboration with international HR colleagues. • Data Integrity and Documentation: Conduct regular checks to ensure data accuracy, assist with data uploads into Workday, and maintain documentation such as business process workflows and user guides. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports and perform data analysis tasks within Workday to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives. • Collaboration and Training: Work with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and support the development of user procedures, training materials and knowledge databases for employees.
What You Bring:
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills • Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes • Team player, who enjoys working in an international team and environment • Strong English communication skills, equivalent to TOEIC score of 785 or above • Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas and pivot tables • A bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, English, or a related field • 1–2 years of experience in HR, Service Desk, Shared Services, or a similar role preferred • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP HR, SuccessFactors) preferred • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
