What You Can Expect:
• Evaluate, manage, and grow existing business relationships with Key Accounts within the country/region.
• Develop trust relationships and deepen the service portfolio with a group of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition. • Acquire a thorough understanding of Key Accounts needs and requirements. • Develop the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives; potentially generating new businesses as well. • Sell and provide the entire service portfolio of Rhenus A&O and the Rhenus Group. • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams (One-Face-to-the-customer). • Identify key influencers and decision-makers within the client’s organization and develop execute an action plan that deepens the relationship within this audience. • Develop and execute a strategic account development plan on yearly basis. • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. • Ensures smooth coordination between Sales, Operations, and other departments – both internal and external. • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. • Responsible for the effective onboarding of new clients. • Identify, establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customer and Company to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of corporate goals. • Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals, ensuring the common understanding of service expectations and solutions, both with the customer and Company. • Ensure all sales activity (Meetings, Contact Reports, Opportunities and Leads) are reported within the CRM System “SUGAR CRM (according to SUGAR SOP). • Take part in all sales trainings provided and scheduled by Rhenus A&O. • Apply and receive regional and global tenders from Key Accounts and coordinate as account owner with regional tender teams. • Close corporation with Country - & Product Management to set selling price strategies for all assigned customer tenders. • Providing and monitoring high quality customer service. • Visit customers on an as-needed basis. • To have basic understanding on ISO management system. • Ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the head of department.

• Possess customer service mindset and data analytical approach. • Good presentation and negotiation skills. • Highly self-motivated and self-directed to learn new processes, receive feedback and work independently. • Self-starter - minimal supervision to complete tasks, highly trainable and approachable. • Professional working attitude with strong work-ethic and integrity • Strong account management and relationship building skills • Able to think and act both: strategically and tactically • Willingness to travel (domestically or internationally) • Ability to think out of the box (Entrepreneur) • Ability to collaborate with all business units to ensure holistic client development
