What You Can Expect:
What You’ll Do:
• Manage ocean freight documentation, including House and Master Bills of Lading, commercial paperwork, and customs-related documents. • Coordinate shipment bookings and ensure accurate rates, consolidation, and routing in line with operational procedures. • Maintain proactive communication with clients and suppliers and provide high-quality customer service by effectively supporting customers with their international shipping requirements. • First point of contact for claim management • Monitor and track shipments while maintaining regular communication with carriers, overseas offices, and customers regarding status updates and delivery requirements. • Process supplier invoices related to ocean freight operations and support financial administration activities. • Maintain supplier relationships with shipping lines, carriers, trucking companies, and other logistics service providers

• We are looking for a responsible workforce who can work independently and proactively, whom we can let go of after familiarizing themselves with our systems and use their knowledge in this way. • We do not expect a higher education since practical experience is much more valuable knowledge. If you are a dedicated and ambitious candidate with at least 1 year of experience in the field of Ocean/Sea transport, apply! • Be able to manage Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel) at the user level. • Feel confident using English language (mainly in writing) when communicating with foreign clients and partners.
