About this role
What You Can Expect:
• You will coordinate the operational deployment of PSV, CTV, AHTS, Guard Vessel and other vessel types throughout all project phases. • Working closely with multiple stakeholders, you will coordinate daily communication between vessel crews, vessel technical departments, client Marine Operations Centers (MOC), and internal project teams. • You will prepare, review, and maintain RAMS documentation in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards. • Ensuring smooth project execution, you will manage the registration and mobilization of project vessels, ensuring all required documentation and certifications remain complete and up to date throughout the project. • You will conduct offshore visits to perform quality inspections, verify compliance with project procedures, and support operational excellence. • You will support the Bremen OPS Team in the planning, coordination and execution of maritime operations.
What You Bring:
• Your professional background includes maritime, vessel operations and offshore qualification. • To succeed in this role, you are fluent in spoken and written German and English and are proficient in the use of standard MS Office tools. • As a true team player, you impress with strong communication skills, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset. • Some travel in the region Netherlands / Germany and – project-dependent other countries - will be required.
