About this role

1. Central Coordination

Serve as the single vendor management and procurement representative for the GDC in India, coordinating all vendor-related activities across multiple global business units. You will need to be comfortable engaging with stakeholders and vendors at a senior level, being considered a peer who can add value.

· Act as the primary liaison between India-based operations and global procurement teams

· Foster great relationships with the senior leadership team in Hyderabad, being seen as a peer who is part of the team and can deliver real value to the GDC’s operation

· A global outlook on Experian’s business and relationships, recognizing there is value to be added by working in a consistent and joined-up way across the globe

· Ensure policy compliance for vendor onboarding and sourcing, ensuring stakeholders use existing strategic vendors wherever possible

· Strategic thinking and create opportunities to maximise value and unlock cost savings including but not limited to efficiency and productivity improvements

1. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or numerate/technical field • 7+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or supplier relationship management. • Experience working in a global organization with cross-border coordination.2. Technical Skills • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, governance, and compliance. • Familiarity with Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) frameworks. • Ability to develop and manage vendor performance dashboards and reporting tools.3. Soft Skills • Good stakeholder management and relationship-building skills at senior levels. • Strong communication and presentation skills for awareness sessions and leadership engagement. • Entrepreneurial mindset to identify and deliver value opportunities proactively.4. Behavioral Attributes • Dependable and detail-oriented for maintaining audit-ready documentation. • Innovative and proactive in driving vendor performance improvements. • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
