About this role

In this role, you will report to and provide high‑level, strategic administrative and operational support to the Global General Counsel (GGC), a senior executive overseeing global Legal and Compliance functions. You will acts as a trusted partner to the GGC, enabling focus on strategic priorities while ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations across a complex, multinational environment.

This is a hybrid role working 3-4 days a week from our Costa Mesa location.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Calendar Management

Proactively manage the Global General Counsel's complex, global calendar, prioritizing meetings across time zones and balancing strategic, operational, and regulatory commitmentsAnticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them independentlyCoordinate global travel arrangements, visas, itineraries, and expensesProject & Operational Support

Provide project management support for Legal and Compliance initiatives, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and action itemsPrepare, edit, and format high‑quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive leadership, Board, and external stakeholdersSupport preparation for Board and committee meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow‑upsPartner with Legal Operations, Compliance, and cross‑functional teams to drive execution of key prioritiesCommunication & Stakeholder Management

Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Global General CounselDraft and review professional communications, ensuring clarity, and toneManage sensitive and confidential informationDigital Enablement & Tools

Leverage advanced capabilities of the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams) to streamline workflows and enhance productivityUse Copilot and AI tools to support content creation, meeting preparation, summarization, and data analysisDesign visually compelling presentations and materials using Canva and other visual toolsTeam Collaboration

Collaborate with other Executive Assistants, providing back‑up support when neededProvide on-site support in the Costa Mesa office and other locations for executive meetings and team eventsShare best practices, tools, and process improvements across the EA communitySupport onboarding and knowledge transfer for new leaders or team members Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives (C‑suite or equivalent) in a fast‑paced, complex organizationProject management experienceProven experience proactively managing executive calendars and logistics at a senior level Advanced‑level user of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams Hands‑on experience using Copilot and AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency and quality of workExperience using Canva to create visually engaging presentationsExperience collaborating with and serving as a back‑up for other Executive Assistants Benefits/Perks:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
