About this role
Experian Innovation Lab NA is Experian's R&D group focused on applying the latest technologies to solve high impact challenges. We partner with product teams across the company to research, prototype, and develop next-generation solutions powered by data, ML, and AI. As an intern, you will help develop demos, prototypes, and software components that incorporate modern AI technologies. You will report to the Principal Software Engineer and work on projects such as:
Responsibilities:
Create AI augmented applications, conversational experiences, and UI featuresBuild chatbots, agents, and interactive demos that showcase new AI capabilitiesExperiment with the latest LLM frameworks, information retrieval and model steering techniquesDevelop tools and automation scripts using PythonWork with engineers and data scientists to translate ideas into functional prototypesContribute to the design and architecture of AI-driven componentsEvaluate latest libraries and frameworks to accelerate AI development Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's program in CS, Computer Engineering, or related field of studyReturn to school in Fall 2026 to complete degreeComfortable writing programs in PythonInterest in building applications that use AI/LLMsCuriosity about modern tools such as RAG pipelines, vector stores, and agent frameworksFamiliarity with general software development concepts, data structures, and scripting Benefits/Perks:
