Warehouse Associate (Automotive Service Equipment) Location: Duryea, PA (on-site, occasional travel for jobsite deliveries) Salary: $25.00/hr.+ Benefits Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Vacation, PTO, Holidays Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Warehouse Associate (Automotive Service Equipment) Description Our client in the automotive service equipment industry is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations at its 30,000-square-foot facility in Duryea, Pennsylvania. This role is a mix of hands-on and operational work. Approximately 40% of the time is focused on administrative and inventory-related duties, while 60% of the time will involve hands-on warehouse activities including receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, operating warehouse equipment, and staging materials. You’ll play a key role in improving warehouse organization and building repeatable processes that keep product flowing smoothly to field technicians and customers. Warehouse Associate (Automotive Service Equipment) Responsibilities • Support day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory management • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory from suppliers and vendors • Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely • Coordinate freight shipments, prepare Bills of Lading, and manage shipping documentation • Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed • Ensure products are properly staged and prepared for field technicians and upcoming jobs • Collaborate with sales, service, and field teams to prioritize needs • Improve warehouse organization • Implement practical processes to manage order and product flow • Occasionally deliver materials to jobsites using company vehicles • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Warehouse Associate (Automotive Service Equipment) Qualifications • 2+ years of warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics experience required • Forklift certification or demonstrated forklift operating experience required • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds required • Mechanical aptitude required
