Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for dealing with walk-in traffic, assisting customers with their technology needs, . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing them with information on products and services. • Sales and Service: Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services to meet those needs. • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company. • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company. • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing products. • Administrative Tasks: Handle sales transactions, process payments, and complete necessary paperwork. • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus. • Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the technology or retail industry. • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. • Sales Ability: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. • Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of technology products and services. • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. • Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • English Comprehension: Must has a fluent understanding in both written and spoken English Language
